Description: Report on Teachers Seminar Conducted by CBSE (Session 202526) During the academic year 202526 several seminars and capacity-building programs were conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) for teachers both within our school and in other CBSE-affiliated institutions. The objective of these seminars was to enhance the professional skills of teachers and to ensure quality education aligned with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020. The sessions covered a variety of important topics such as competency-based learning classroom management integration of art and technology in education inclusive education and mental well-being of students. Teachers actively participated in these workshops sharing their experiences and learning innovative teaching methodologies to make classroom learning more effective and student-centered. In our school interactive in-house seminars were also held where trained teachers shared insights and strategies gained from CBSE training programs with their colleagues. These collaborative discussions helped in fostering teamwork and promoting best teaching practices across all subjects and grades. Our Principal Sr. Abha encouraged all teachers to continue engaging in such professional development programs to stay updated with the latest educational trends and pedagogical approaches. The series of seminars proved to be highly beneficial motivating teachers to adopt modern learner-focused techniques and contribute effectively towards holistic studentdevelopment.
